IXION 193

Single Frequency DPSS laser at 193.368nm.

The new standard for semiconductor metrology and more.

The IXION 193 SLM is a single frequency all-solid-state laser system for applications such as optical metrology, calibration of 193 nm stepper optics or bandwidth control of high power ArF excimer lasers. The spectral bandwidth is near its theoretical Fourier limit.

 

 

 

SLM Series

Single Frequency DPSS laser, available for all Nd harmonics (1064, 532, 355, 266, 213 nm).

Various applications like metrology, lithography or LIDAR.

When spectral bandwidth or coherence length matter, the SLM Series might be the perfect choice. The high peak power of pulsed ns-lasers allows efficient frequency conversion even to the deep UV. Together with single frequency emission, this paves new ground for unparalleled opportunities.

EXCITE Series

New generation of Single Frequency DPSS laser, available for most ND harmonics(1064, 532, 355, 266 nm).

Smaller footprint than SLM series.

The EXCITE is a single frequency all-solid-state laser system for applications in the UV such as wafer inspection, calibration of spectrometers and interferometric applications. The spectral bandwidth of less than 30 MHz is near its theoretical Fourier limit.

IMPRESS 213

213 nm DPSSL at its best.

The well-established workhorse for FBG production.

The IMPRESS 213 system is a high repetition rate solid-state diode pumped Q-switched laser with an emission wavelength of 213 nm. The Gaussian TEM00-mode laser beam is the well-established workhorse for fiber Bragg grating (FBG) production. Other applications are the marking of diamonds and sapphires or similar materials. Due to the very short wavelength of the laser radiation, feature sizes below 1 µm can be accomplished in direct laser writing.

IMPRESS 224

Deep UV(224 nm) for special applications like trace gas analysis. Your choice if 213nm is too short and 266nm is too long. 

The IMPRESS 213 system is a high repetition rate solid-state diode pumped Q-switched laser with an emission wavelength of 213 nm. IDOL Series

Red (671 nm) and blue (447 nm) marking laser. Top selling product for Flat Panel Display Repair(FPD).

Also available: 1342nm for silicon processing.

The IDOL Series are high repetition rate solid-state diode pumped Q-switched lasers with the unique fundamental wavelength of 1342 nm. The fundamental wave can be converted to powerful red and blue TEM00-mode laser radiation.

XHB

Frequency Conversion Module for Trumpf TruMicro Series 5000 laser.

Switchable wavelength for highter flexibility and ps and fs processing. 

The Xiton Harmonic Box (XHB) is an add-on frequency conversion module for the TRUMPF TruMicro 5000 series of ps- and fs-Laser systems. It is capable of converting the 1030 nm ultra short laser pulses to the green (515 nm) and the UV (343 nm).
